Use "Cost Plus" for staff discounts.

If there could be a "Cost Plus" option for staff discounts, rather than a flat percentage off the sale, that would be great! For instance, being able to offer staff an item at Cost plus a percentage, or an item at Cost plus a $ value. Thanks!

It would be nice to have the ability to see both the cost and product price during checkout. Our staff purchases at cost.

We offer our employees a 5% over cost discount and it is a pain to have to look up each item and figure the discount!! This would be awesome!!
