Invoices sent in format setting

I have my register set up to print Open Receipt as PDF with the Receipt Format Invoice 8 1/2 x 11 / A4.
I have clients emailing me to request their "Invoice" in a PDF format.
I am working to have 90% of my 175 clients receive their invoices via email by the end of 2024. It would be extremely time consuming to have to reprint, save and email their invoices by me instead of directly from the software.
Thank you for your prompt response and correction of this issue. It will make my job easier.
