Add option to search by delivery type in Products.

I'd like an option to search by Delivery Type in the Products module. This would be helpful when I'm going through our products and trying to see which are set for In-Store Pickup and Scheduled Delivery.
I'd also like Delivery Type added as a Smart Table column.
