ASTRO - Free Product Clarity

We are running into confusion as to whether the customer is DUE a free product or has EARNED a free product. The pop up menus are identical and it would be nice if they were different. We have tried helping our staff recognize that DUE product(s) pop up prior to payment, EARNED pop up during the payment process. If there is any way to have these screen read differently then that would be great! Thanks!

YES, and when you figure out they are have earned a free product prior to today's purchase, after you select the free item from the window, then you try to delete the same item that is full price previously scanned, it auto deletes the free one too. This holds up the customer & confuses the associate, causing additional actions to get the free prior earned back onto the transaction.
