Every Can in the system has both an each UPC and a Case UPC. If an associate scans a case UPC, it does not bring up 12 as the quantity and then charge the customer for 12 cans. It brings up the primary UPC and one can. This is incorrect and it also makes it so that none of the Astro Frequent Buyer Programs that have cases will work since astro reads the primary UPC and not any secondary.
This means that all of our customers who have been buying cases, and expecting to have them added to their Frequent Buyer card, has not. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.
Pinogy and Astro need to be able to communicate correctly in regard to cases.

Changes have been implemented so the quantity associated with a case barcode (case quantity) is then used in conjunction with Astro along with when scanning/adding to the sales screen. As an example. Fussie Cat currently has a $9 off a case of 24 cans. When you sell 24 cans, Pinogy will pick up that 24 is associated with the case barcode, and see that that case barcode is what is listed in Astro and then send over that case barcode with a quantity of 1, resulting in a single $9 rebate getting applied.

Nick, the Fussie cat astro promotion is still being applied to 1 can. I just tested it.
