PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let us disable the option to go "back to sale" and edit the receipt once a payment has been applied. This is easiest way for someone to steal if they want to be dishonest.

This is a major flaw that needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
when ringing a customer, once the pay button has been clicked, you should not be allowed to go back to the sale. Cashier is able to go back to sale & remove items on the receipt and then press pay & finish. The system then thinks it needs to refund the customer for the removed items.
