Don't refresh products after managing one

When I am going through items - for instance, I search "Barkworthies" in products....and get a list of all the Barkworthies. When I click on one to see the details, then go back out to my list, the screen jumps back to the top result and I lose my place - every time. Could it NOT do that please?
