Being able to have returns and purchases in the same transaction would be very helpful, especially when doing an even exchange.

Is this option ever going to be available??? Not being able to make a return and sale in one transaction makes doing returns on items a very inconvenient process!

This feature would be a time saver at the register and would unclutter the GIFT CARDS. The most common solution to a returned item is an exchange for something else.

We're just getting ready to start using Pinogy and didn't realize this wasn't possible. This is a must-have feature. We do a ton of returns where we're simply exchanging for a different size / same price item.

I noticed this yesterday that we cannot return items and sell items in the same transaction, so if someone wants to swap an item, we have to do a full return, which is completely unnecessary. Thanks

This is still something that would be very useful. We lost $30 yesterday because an employee refunded with cash and then accidentally put the wrong amount in the cash box when ringing up the new item.
