The ability to refund an item while ask adding items to be sold back to the customer should be an option in the POS.
This most frequently occurs when a returned item is being replaced with an alternative product.
Currently this requires creating a refund transaction, completing it. Then creating a sales action and completing it.
This doubles work time for clerk, wait time for the customer and potentially service charge from the Credit Card Processing.
A large number of stores have request this feature.
