In addition to Purchasing/E-Invoices/Receiving we need a Returns Tab. We always have returns to vendors for damanged or missing products. That way we can receive the PO as is and then do a return so the product isn't in inventory. Then the vendor creates a credit for that product. That way we have a paper trail for claims with vendors instead of just sending them an email with the items.
