Pop up for non-resellable returns

When returning items, I would love to avoid forgetting to change whether it's salable or not. Can we have that option screen always pop up upon clicking the refund button? This way the cashier is forced to answer at every return.

I want a reminder pop-up asking the employee whether a returned item should be marked as resalable/non-resalable during every return process.

Please add a yes/no popup on returns that forces the cashiers to answer yes or no that they marked non resalable items as such. Too many times this is forgotten and we have to go back in and do manual inventory adjustments.

Or if not a pop up, require that a choice must be made: return to inventory or not resellable is chosen somehow on each item.

It would be helpful if Pinogy would prompt users to indicate if items on a return are non-resalable before completing the return. Over half of the returns we receive cannot be resold, but staff often forget to click on the pencil tool to designate items as non-resalable, even though they have been shown. I think it's in part because the staff is focusing on potentially unhappy customers and forgetting to perform the manual steps. A pop-up would remind them to check.

Is it possible to have the Non-Resalable choice automatically pop up whenever processing returns? Because the current method is not obvious I find that a lot of our staff are forgetting to choose the option for damaged items because they are focusing on customer satisfaction.

And then enter that quantity into a new field (unsaleable) instead of adding it back into regular inventory.

Return notes and marking items as non resalable are possible with the pencil or edit button on the return invoice.
